“As a Specialist Leader focused on Health, Government and Public Services you will:

  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex customer and patient centric projects
  • Maintain responsibility for the development of business and vendor relationships in the Government Health Sector
  • Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities, and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
  • Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team
  • Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships…”


  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of business strategy consulting or other relevant industry experience, with focus on patient experience, patient engagement, customer strategy, customer experience measurement, digital strategy, innovation and/or technology implementation
  • 10+ years in a technical or functional leadership role within health – either a Federal Health or private sector healthcare organization
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
  • Experience in 2 or more Federal Health organizations – e.g. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Veterans Administration, Military Health System, National Institutes of Health, Food and Drug Administration, etc…”
