Health IT Analytics: CMS Sets Rules, Cautions Penalties for Information Blocking, APIs, FHIR

CMS and the Office of the National Coordinator have released long-awaited proposed rules governing interoperability, health data blocking, the use of APIs, and the expanding role of FHIR.”
