The provider of the CCR&A solution must deliver the HL7, webservices, or other modes of communication appropriate to complete the connection to the selected product.  The proposed CCR&A solution functionality will be assessed for capability available at contract award and the level of effort required to bring the proposed solution to a fully functioning product for VA.  The vendor shall provide an anticipated timeline to deliver core capability and remaining capability in Attachment A as well as securing Authority to Operation (ATO) security approval.
