The Contractor shall provide and deliver hardware maintenance, software maintenance and product support for all VA NetApp products. The Contractor shall also provide management, operation and implementation of support services of NetApp equipment. The Contractor shall provide NetApp Inventory Reconciliation, and technology subject matter experts consultants.
