“Prior to joining Sev1Tech, Andy provided business development and capture expertise to Salient CRGT, focusing on the HHS market. He spent much of his career at SRA (prior to its acquisition by CSC), where he performed a variety of roles including project and program management, P&L line management, business development and capture. Andy has provided project and program management services to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) clients responsible for emergency preparedness and response, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clients responsible for regulatory reviews and post-market product surveillance, and Administration for Children and Families (ACF) clients responsible for child support enforcement. While managing P&L, he oversaw work performed for HHS clients that included FDA, ACF, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and HHS’s Office of the Secretary (HHS OS).
