“Responsibilities – Sierra7 seeks to fill the position of Vice President of Information Technology Services (VPTS). As a key executive of the company, the VPTS will focus on growing Sierra7’s base of information technology (IT) services contracts through development of current and future client relationships with key accounts; creating and maturing desirable capabilities in the Sierra7 portfolio of service-based solutions; overseeing delivery of your awarded “book of business”; ensuring delivery exceeds expectations; and working with other Sierra7 executives to enhance internal company operations.” 

“The VPTS will support the growth of Sierra7’s portfolio of procurement contracts, IDIQs, and schedules through supporting business identification and development, solution capture, proposal development and delivery to include writing technical designs and past performances, establishing staffing models, and developing pricing.” 

“Business development activities also include: developing marketing materials, white papers, and presentations that showcase Sierra7’s enviable reputation and ten years of service with our clients; establishing alliances with other contractor firms and negotiating equitable teaming arrangements.” 

“Experience 

The qualified candidate will have verifiable experience, that includes: 

  • At least 15 years of progressive responsibilities in client relationship management for information technology-based solutions at Senior Executive Service levels of Federal government, Dept of Veterans Affairs is preferred. 
  • Team leadership and staff management 
  • Design, development, integration, and delivery of complex information technology solutions; IT security requirements, challenges, and solutions; software development and testing, IT operations and infrastructure; and IT PMO
