“Under limited managerial direction, collaborate with the Business Unit leadership team, Service Delivery Team, Chief Growth Office and other subject matter expert staff to provide technical leadership in the design, development, writing, PoC and Implementation of the Technical Approach for new business and supporting existing business. Will be serving as Deputy Head of Growth and Solutions and working with other CTO pillar leads to spur the Technical Growth initiatives such as leading strategic deals, white-papers, case studies etc. Initially, the role will be the Deputy Head of growth and solutions for six months, and once proven, will advance to Head of growth and solutions.” 

“ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Serve as interface for CTO team to get the requirements for organic and new business growth by working closely with COO and CGO team. 
  • Ability to execute the CTO Growth Pillar roadmap, create technical vendor partnerships and lead TISTA technical capture for strategic deals 
  • Kick-start the TISTA pre-sales technical solution by working with Engineering and Innovation team 
  • Lead strategic deal by delivering technical solution, manage the overall design, development, of the technical approach/solution for priority proposals. This person will play key role in branding TISTA as Innovative Technology Company. 
  • Identify and lead Technical Team(s) with a variety of skill sets in the development of innovative, advanced, differentiated solutions in response to customer RFPs and RFIs…” 

“TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: 

  • Converting proposal requirement in to engineering solution independently and able to write the solution in a proposal response format 
  • Collaborate with CTO team pillars to validate technical solutions and respond to in-person-technical demo 
  • Understand TISTA’s past performance and ability to leverage towards RFI response and to shape the opportunity by working with Capture Managers and Proposal Managers during RFP process 
  • Must have minimum of 15+ years of experience in new business in service delivery, supporting business development, solutioning and knowledge of agencies such as CMS, VA, IRS and HHS. …”
