Russell Huffman, an industry leader with over two decades of experience leading business development and capture efforts for multi-million-dollar federal opportunities, has taken on a new challenge as a federal business development and capture consultant.
Russell will bring perspective gained winning more than $451M in civilian federal, DoD, state/local, and commercial contracts, as well as numerous single and multiple-award BPAs, IDIQs, and GWACs with a combined $38B ceiling to his new focus helping companies identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop strong sales pipelines, build industry relationships, position their solution, craft and communicate value propositions, and assemble compelling proposals.
