TechWerks scores again, adds multi-focused VA Coaching Program (VACP) support task

Fast-growing SDVOSB TechWerks wins again, this time beating out one other bidder to pick up a 3-year task with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Under the new contract. TechWerks will develop a multi-focused VA Coaching Program (VACP) to support participants in VA “National Programs,” and to support employees seeking targeted development. “Leadership coaching is different from performance management and other leadership development offerings; it partners with the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the employee to maximize their personal and professional potential.
