VA awards $5M Support Services and Data Quality Analysis task

Beating out two other bidders, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDOVSB) BDR Solutions and their SDVOSB partner TechWerks have been awarded a 4-year Support Services and Data Quality Analysis task with Veterans Affairs. The task was awarded as an SDVOSB set-aside action using Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) IDIQ.

“BDR Solutions, LLC, a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in cutting-edge IT services and solutions to support its Federal Government customers, was recently awarded the Talent Management System (TMS) 2.0 Support Services and Quality Analysis task order by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Human Resources and Administration/Operations, Security and Preparedness (HRA/OSP), Human Capital Services Center (HCSC). Awarded on the VA Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) in Services Group 2, this one-year $1.2M task offers an addition three option periods for a total contract value (TCV) of $4.9M.”

“To support VA management in meeting mission goals, VA HCSC provides high quality, effective, and efficient human capital products and services across the VA enterprise. These products and services – which include learning management, employee accountability, internships and learning content for more than 600,000 VA employees, contractors, volunteers and academic affiliates – aim to reduce costs, streamline processes, and save VA employees time so they can focus on delivering the best care to our Veterans. A subsidiary of HCSC, the Talent Development Services (TDS) directorate is responsible for identifying and deploying enterprise talent development capabilities that enhance current and future Administration and Staff Office leadership development programs and talent development efforts. Following the identification of new business requirements from the Department’s learning leaders in June 2020, VA HCSC has engaged BDR Solutions to support HCSC TDS directorate efforts to maintain its TMS 2.0 through a series of upgrades and capability updates, sustaining all necessary activities and regular operations without disruption during the upgrade process while identifying options for filling capability gaps.”
