ASRC Federal recruits experienced strategy lead Carlo Uchello to be President, Civilian and Health Operating Group

Carlo Uchello, a leader with over 30 years’ experience in effectively creating teams and processes to improve service and delivery of consulting, systems integration, and services projects for Federal Government clients, has taken on a new challenge as President, Civilian and Health Operating Group with ASRC Federal.

Carlo brings experience that includes P&L responsibility for multiple projects with annual budgets of over $350 million and negotiating and securing over $2B in professional services contracts.

A release by the company shares: “ASRC Federal has named Carlo Uchello president of the company’s Civilian & Health operating group as part of a realignment of the organization to a new customer centric operating model. Uchello will provide strategic leadership and programmatic and technical oversight for the operating group, which focuses on delivering mission-enabling information technology, data analytics and business solutions to federal government customers.”
