(Pearl) a HUBZone Certified, Woman Owned Small Business specializing in multichannel contact center services, is pleased to announce they were awarded a prime contract under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Special Item No. 561422 – Automated Contact Center Solutions (ACCS) in support of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Provider Support Service Center.
Under this award Pearl will provide multi-tiered call center customer and lifecycle management services supporting the Provider Relief Fund. These services support qualified healthcare providers in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically for healthcare-related expenses or lost revenue due to COVID-19. This latest award adds to a very successful year for Pearl with several new Federal and State government contact center engagements.
Pearl has a longstanding Social Mission of hiring people with barriers to employment such as: skilled and talented veterans, disabled veterans, military spouses, persons with disabilities, and others experiencing barriers to employment.
