Payne, a board-certified emergency physician and internist, brings to Deloitte more than three-and-a-half decades of health care management experience and more than three decades of military experience.”

“Payne will add immediate value to a variety of Deloitte client engagements that are working to improve health care quality, patient safety, provider performance, data modernization, disaster response and supply chain optimization.”

“It’s an honor to welcome Dr. Payne to Deloitte,” said Kevin Brault, principal, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and the leader of Deloitte’s federal health and veterans affairs work. “The depth and breadth of his health care management capabilities and industry insights will be a tremendous asset and strengthen the services we provide our government, nonprofit and private sector clients.”
