“Responsibilities: 

The Capture Manager will be focused on developing market strategies and implementing and executing the strategies on specific strategic pursuits. The Capture Manager is responsible for developing an overall account strategy, developing, qualifying, maturing, and closing a high value dollar pipeline of opportunities that support the account strategy. The candidate will take ownership and be accountable for development and implementation of the win strategies, teaming, price-to-win strategies and leadership on activities from initial gate reviews through contract award.  Their specific duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: 

  • Responsible for identifying, shaping, and capturing federal services opportunities in assigned accounts. 
  • Lead business development and capture process to include: customer contact, opportunity identification and analysis, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and being directly involved in teaming strategy, teaming agreements, and supporting proposal responses…” 

“Requirements 

  • BA / BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related degree. 
  • CSM, Agile SAFe or PMP and training in Shipley Methodology a plus 
  • 10+ years direct business development / capture experience focused on consulting or IT services business development.
