Red Team Consulting seeking Business Development Analyst

On the sales side, this person will have the responsibility of:

  • Developing relationships with clients and potential clients
  • Qualifying prospective clients by having consultative sales discussions with companies
  • Understanding the implications of critical procurement updates, sharing that information with clients during the sales lifecycle, and explaining how those changes may impact their business…

For the BD/Capture delivery support, this person will have the responsibility of:

  • Identifying and analyzing potential contract opportunities using Federal government statistical data and Deltek GovWin
  • Researching and organizing detailed Federal market information, federal agency data searches, and competitive vendor information using industry best practices
  • Monitoring and tracking relevant legislation, regulation, or other policies that might impact Federal agency mission and the client


  • Sales experience not required, but this individual must be charismatic and able to confidently lead sales discussions in a consultative manner
  • Experience with industry research tools, including SAM, Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), Deltek GovWin, GovTribe, G2Xchange Health, Bloomberg, etc…
