Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) provide CFM with the opportunity to improve accountability and collaboration while capturing a digital record of all PM decisions and supporting information.”

“CFM requires a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to replace its current PMIS. CFM requires a solution provider to provide subscriptions to PMIS software along with comprehensive support services to ensure successful deployment of the PMIS.”
