“3.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide PMSS including portfolio and PLM, administrative, fiscal management, schedule management, risk management, and applicable policies and regulations (referenced in Section 2.0) for the FSC PMO.
This PWS describes the PMO support for the diverse FSC portfolio of products and services. FSC PMO and Development staff both operate on persistent teams with the same Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile methodology but play distinct roles. This order excludes any Development work. Instead, this order focuses on PLM support activities such as; requirements (i.e. epic, features, stories) analysis and sizing, backlog management, scrum team governance, incremental/sprint planning, business value, dependency management, risk and impact analysis, scheduling, budget vs actual labor reporting, configuration management, testing, process improvement, and Agile Release Train orchestration. The Contractor on the PMO contract shall work collaboratively with FSC Developers and other IT staff supporting areas such as Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Application and Database Administration from other contracts on product teams or scrum teams.
